In the Master of Property you’ll learn how to identify development opportunities and build a successful investment portfolio. Your studies will cover the full property lifecycle of residential and commercial real estate. Giving you insight into the complex systems behind both the Australian and global property markets.

Pathways into the Master of Property
The Master of Property is designed to be adapted to your experience. Whether you are continuing with an undergraduate degree or looking to change career directions, the degree can be tailored to suit you.
2 year stream
- Who is it for: Students with an undergraduate degree in a cognate (or related) discipline, including property, construction, or business.
- Intake periods: Start-year (February) and mid-year (July)
- Flexible study options: Part-time available
3 year stream
- Who is it for: Students with an undergraduate degree that is from a non-cognate discipline
- Intake periods: Start-year (February) and mid-year (July)
- Flexible study options: Part-time available
If you’ve studied in a cognate or relevant discipline, you could be eligible for credit for up to the first year of the program, reducing your overall study time.
